LYNN TRIBON - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I have served with Adair Homes since 1999 and have built and lived
in homes built by Adair throughout my tenure. My experience in construction,
administration and home planning provides our staff with a high level of expertise
and leadership. I am a strong advocate for Adair's mission to provide affordable housing.
BEN WHEELER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I was born in Portland, and have lived in Estacada all my life
except for five years at the best college in Oregon, OSU, where
I graduated with a degree in business. I have been married since
August 18th, 2007 to my lovely wife Brooke. She also grew up in
Estacada, and we have been friends with each other since kindergarten.
We had our first baby, Henry Robert (better known as Hank) on
January 4th, 2010. We also have a baby girl, but she has four
legs - her name is Gretta. She is an English Bulldog and is a
total ham. Both Brooke and I are very involved in the local
area. I have served on the Estacada City Council since January
2009. We both serve on the budget committee and the urban renewal
board of directors for the city. When I had spare time (prior to
Hank and everything else), I liked to take advantage of my close
proximity to the Mt Hood National Forest and ride my snowmobile,
four wheeler, go hunting (both archery and rifle) and try to catch
fish in the nearby rivers.
CARLA WILLIAMS - BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
I was raised in Oregon, but have lived in various parts of the US after marrying my high school sweetheart. My family and I settled in Newberg in 1999. Prior to coming to Adair Homes, I worked for George Fox University in admissions and then moved to the marketing department where I oversaw the purchasing of advertising, along with participation on many special projects. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids, taking trips to the beach, working in my garden and cozying up to the fire with a good book.
CHARLIE TARON – HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I have lived in many parts of the U.S., but I love Oregon so much that I moved here from easternPennsylvania in the late 80’s. My wife, Candice, our daughter, Lacey, and I have lived in McMinnville for the past 13 years. I really enjoy the outdoors so one of things I like the most aboutliving in the Willamette Valley is being able to be so close to both the beach and the mountains. In my free time, I like to ski, elk hunt, and go hiking and camping with my family.
